Sprintex Limited – (ASX: SIX) – Anticipated Reinstatement to Official Quotation
Description
The securities of Sprintex Limited (‘SIX’) are expected to be reinstated to Official Quotation at the commencement of trading at 10:09:00 am AEST on Monday, 19 April 2021. SIX raised AUD$6,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 19 October 2020 (‘Prospectus’), its supplementary prospectus dated 30 October 2020, its second supplementary prospectus dated 19 January 2021 and its third supplementary prospectus dated 24 March 2021 and by the issue of 75,581,396 shares at an issue price of S0.086 per share.
