ISSUE OF SECURITIES IN SATISFACTION OF OBLIGATION
Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) (the Company ) is pleased to advise that it has completed the following issue of securities in satisfaction of its obligation under one of the recapitalisation agreements (further details of which were set out in the notice of meeting announced on 28 August 2020 and the Company’s ASX announcement dated 31 August 2020) following shareholder approval obtained on 28 September 2020.
Debt Conversion – GICL
The Company has issued 18,681,395 fully paid Ordinary Shares ( Shares ) to Ganado Investments Corporation Ltd ( GICL ) in full and final repayment of the total amount of US$1,110,000 owing to GICL.
