CAPITAL RAISING UPDATE

Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) (the Company ) is pleased to advise that, further to the Company’s previous announcement on 28 October 2020, the Company has agreed with Mr Wayne Knight, who will be appointed as Chairman of the Company upon reinstatement of the Company’s securities to trading on the Official List of the ASX that, following the extension of the Closing Date of the Public Offer and Options Offer, the 5,000,000 Options previously issued to Mr Wayne Knight will now be cancelled where the Company is not reinstated to trading on or before 18 January 2021.
