SPRINTEX SECURES SHORT TERM FUNDING

Sprintex Limited (ASX Code: SIX ) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that it has received short term funding of approximately AUD 650,000.

US$425,000 was received from China Automotive Holdings Limited (“ CAHL ”) and AUD100,000 was received from Wilson’s Pipe Fabrication Pty Ltd (“ WPF ”). CAHL, a substantial shareholder of the Company, is a related party of the Company by virtue of CAHL being an entity controlled by Mr Richard Siemens, the non-executive Chairman of the Company. WPF is a related party of the Company by virtue of WPF being an entity controlled by Mr Michael Wilson, a substantial shareholder and a non-executive Director of the Company. This funding is unsecured and is repayable no later than 9 February 2019, and attracts facility fees of US$46,750 and AUD11,000 respectively, in-lieu of interest and other charges.

These facilities will assist the Company in meeting its working capital requirements and are intended to allow the Company to continue the development of its current sales strategy and for general working capital purposes, while allowing the Company to explore and conclude longer term funding options.
