SPRINTEX SECURES SHORT TERM FUNDING
Sprintex Limited (ASX Code: SIX ) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that it has received additional short term funding of USD400,000.
This facility is unsecured and is being provided by Ganado Investment Corporation Ltd. an unrelated third party, repayable on, or before, 31 December 2017, with a facility fee of US$45,000 in-lieu of interest and other charges.
The facility will assist the Company in meeting its working capital corporate requirements through to the end of December 2017 and is intended to allow the Company to continue the development of its current sales strategy and for general working capital purposes, while allowing the Company to explore and conclude longer term funding options.
