SHARE PURCHASE PLAN – REVISED TIMETABLE
Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) ( Company ) wishes to advise that the closing date for applications under its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 22 July 2016, which was due to close at 5.00pm (WST) on Monday 15 August 2016, will now close at 5.00pm (WST) on Thursday 25 August 2016 (C losing date ).
All existing applications made remain valid and funds are held on trust by the Share Registry.
As a result of the Closing Date being extended, the SPP indicative timetable has been revised as follows.

The above dates are indicative only and are subject to the ASX Listing Rules. The Company reserves the right to further vary these dates.
If Eligible Shareholders wish to participate in the SPP, they need to either:

(i) pay the subscription monies for the Shares they wish to acquire by BPAY, in which case they do not need to return the Entitlement and Acceptance Form but they will need to make the payment by 5:00 pm WST on Thursday, 25 August 2016 in accordance with the instructions on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form, or

(ii) return their completed Entitlement and Acceptance Form together with their cheques for the subscription monies for the Shares they wish to acquire, which must be received no later than the Closing Date of 5:00 pm WST on Thursday, 25 August 2016, to:
