SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSE

Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX ) ( Company ) advises that the Company’s Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) announced on 22 July 2016 closed at 5.00pm WST on Thursday 25 August 2016, with applications for 64,998 shares totalling $19,500.

In accordance with the SPP Terms and Conditions, the Company will be allotting 64,998 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.30 (30 cents) per Share, no later than 9 September 2016 and holding statements will be dispatched no later than 9 September 2016.
