SPRINTEX SECURES SHORT TERM FUNDING

Sprintex Limited (ASX Code: SIX ) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that it has secured a short term funding facility of approximately AUD$1m.

The facility is being provided by Future (Holdings) Limited, an unrelated third party, which has agreed to provide the facility for a six month period at an interest rate of 9.00% per annum. The facility is expected to meet the Company’s corporate requirements through to the end of December 2015 and is intended to allow the Company to continue the development of its current sales strategy and for general working capital purposes, while allowing the Company to explore and conclude longer term funding options.
