EXTENSION TO CLOSING DATE FOR RIGHTS ISSUE
As previously announced to the ASX, Sprintex Limited (ACN 106 337 599) ( Company ) is undertaking a 1 for 2 non-renounceable pro-rata capital raising at $0.001 per share to raise up to approximately $1.57m before costs ( Rights Issue ).
The Company wishes to advise that it will be extending the closing date for the Rights Issue from 5.00pm (WST) on 12 November 2015 to 5.00pm (WST) on 19 November 2015.
The Company has decided to extend the closing date in response to a number of shareholders in New Zealand advising that there has been a delay in them receiving their Prospectus and Application Form.
