SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE EXTENDED TO 27 OCTOBER 2014

Sprintex Limited (ASX:SIX) ( Company ) advises that the Share Purchase Plan offer ( SPP ) announced on 27 August 2014, which was due to close on 14 October 2014, has been extended and will now close at 5.00pm WST on Monday, 27 October 2014 ( Closing Date ).

For the purpose of this announcement, words and expressions defined in the announcement of the Company on SPP dated 27 August 2014 will have the same meanings when used in this announcement. The Closing Date has been extended so that the SPP will close after the General Meeting of the Company, which is to be held on 22 October 2014, and to provide shareholders with additional time to participate in the SPP.

As a result of the extension to the Closing Date, the SPP indicative timetable has been revised as follows.

If Eligible Shareholders wish to participate in the SPP, they need to either (i) pay the subscription monies for the Shares they wish to acquire by BPAY or (ii) return their completed Entitlement and Acceptance Form together with their cheques for the subscription monies for the Shares they wish to acquire to:

If Eligible Shareholders elect to pay by BPAY, they do not need to return the Entitlement and Acceptance Form but they will need to make the payment by 5:00 pm WST on Monday, 27 October 2014 in accordance with the instructions on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form. Acceptances (together with payment) must be received no later than the Closing Date of 5:00 pm WST on Monday, 27 October 2014.
