SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSE - Correction

Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX ) ( Company ) would like to make the following correction in relation to the Share Purchase Plan Close announcement 18 November 2014.

Replace the bullet list statement :

• $497,500 raised from placement to an existing, substantial shareholder.

With the following correction:

• $479,500 raised from placement to an existing, substantial shareholder.

Although this transposition error was unintentional and is not considered to be material or misleading, with the correct amount being stated in the body of the announcement, the Company would like to ensure that it continues to update the market with complete and accurate information, in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
