Allotment of Shares
Further to the Share Purchase Plan Close announcement 18 November 2014, Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX ) ( Company ) confirms that all 99,166,620 ordinary shares applied for under the Share Purchase Plan have been allotted, in full, with no scale-back applied.
Holding statements will be sent to all participating shareholders no later than 26 November 2014.
