Jeep System Sales and Distribution in North America

• Agreement signed with Performance Motorsports Inc. (PMI) to be the exclusive distributor of Sprintex Jeep supercharger systems in North America branded as Innovate Motorsports

• Agreement valid until December 2016

• 200 JK and TJ Wrangler supercharger systems ordered, to be delivered at a rate of 50 per month from March to June 2013

• 100 supercharger systems ordered for the 2012 and 2013 Jeep Wrangler 3.6 V6 (Pentastar) for delivery in September 2013

• PMI will retain distribution exclusivity as long as they meet monthly minimum orders

• PMI have the option to become exclusive distributor in North America for any further supercharger systems Sprintex may develop

Sprintex is pleased to announce a significant order and exclusive North American distribution agreement for Sprintex supercharger systems for Jeep Wranglers with Performance Motorsports Inc. (PMI). This expanded agreement follows an existing order and distribution agreement with PMI for Sprintex’s recently developed supercharger system for the new Toyota / Subaru joint venture sports car branded as the Scion FR-S in North America. In accordance with the Sprintex announcement of 26[th] of September 2012, the initial order of 100 systems will be delivered during March of 2013.

PMI will brand the Sprintex supercharger systems under its Innovate Motorsports line of products.

Under the agreement, PMI has ordered:

• 200 2008-2011 JK and 2006-2007 TJ Jeep Wrangler supercharger systems to be delivered at a rate of 50 per month from March to June 2013; and

• 100 Pentastar V6 2012-2013 Jeep Wrangler supercharger systems for delivery in September 2013, against which a 50% deposit will be paid to assist funding of the development costs of this new system.

The agreement runs until December 2016 and appoints PMI as the exclusive distributor in North America for these systems subject to a minimum purchase of 25 systems per month from July 2013 to December 2013

and thereafter 50 systems per month for the JK and TJ systems and 50 supercharger systems per month from February 2014 for the new Pentastar system.

The agreement also provides PMI with an option to become the exclusive distributor in North America for any additional supercharger systems Sprintex may develop during the period.

To maintain exclusive distribution rights for the Jeep systems and the Scion FR-S system, PMI would need to purchase at least 6,000 systems over the contract period to December 2016.
