Shareholder Newsletter

24 July 2012
Dear Shareholder,
In our last Newsletter we outlined
that restructuring of operations
was in process to enable the
Company to produce low cost,
high quality superchargers, from a
new 'state of the art'
manufacturing facility in
Malaysia.
We are pleased to report that the
1,800 sq/m factory in the
'Glenmarie' area of Shah Alam in
Selangor State, Malaysia is
currently being commissioned,
staff are being recruited and
procurement channels are being
established. Assembly of the
Sprintex Supercharger is expected
to be fully operational by the end
of July with manufacturing
capability the following month.

Machines being commissioned

This facility will be our core
production centre, with an initial
capacity of 20,000 superchargers
per annum and showcase our
production capability to both
original equipment manufacturers
(‘OEMs’) and aftermarket
customers.
The sale of our premises in Perth
in late May 2012 is a significant
component of the redeployment
of the Company's capital to our
Malaysian facility.

Quality Assurance Testing in Malaysia

The Malaysia facility is owned
jointly with our JV partner,
AutoV Corporation, parent of
Proreka (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Proreka),
a Tier 1 automotive component
manufacturer and supplier to car
companies including Proton and
Toyota. Proreka initially ordered
500 supercharger systems for the
Proton Satria Neo and we
subsequently have sold the Proton
supercharger system and
inventory to the JV to be a core
product of the JV.
We have installed a supercharger
system on our company car in
Malaysia, a Proton Exora, to
demonstrate the system and are
preparing to sell after market
supercharger systems for Protons.

Supercharged Proton Exora

We also have been working with
Proton to progress through their
rigorous supplier acceptance
program with a goal to being able
to supply superchargers directly
to Proton.
In parallel with expanding our
production capabilities, we have
been commercialising our after
market systems with a particular
focus on supercharger systems for
Jeeps targeting sales in North
America.
Low cost manufacturing in
Malaysia will support our push
into the after market supply of
superchargers in the burgeoning
North American market. To
complement production in
Malaysia, an outsourced assembly
facility has been contracted in
Oklahoma City for logistical
reasons to support supercharger
systems for the Jeep TJ and JK
Wranglers, which we soft
launched in late May 2012.
In preparation for Jeep TJ and JK
Wrangler launch, we attended one
of the world’s premier Jeep
events, Moab Easter Jeep Safari.

Yunliang, who are currently
evaluating our Jeep systems.
Our Jeep supercharger systems
are currently being sold in limited
volumes in Australia and the US
while we finalise vehicle tuning
and calibration, ramp up our
procurement channels and build
and train our reseller and dealer
support network.

Jeep JK Wrangler Supercharger System

The Jeep JK Wrangler
supercharger system and Mini
Cooper S Upgrade supercharger
system were recognised by the
automotive industry, each
receiving Specialty Equipment
Market Association (SEMA)
Global Media Awards for being
top ten products for 2011. SEMA
is the world’s premier and largest
automotive aftermarket gathering
held annually in Las Vegas.
Our Mini Cooper S Upgrade
System is now California Air
Review Board (‘CARB’)
compliant, which is a key hurdle
to be able to sell systems in the
US market.
These systems, together with our
1.5 litre Honda Jazz/Fit/Freed
supercharger system, are an
opportunity for us to introduce
Sprintex products to the motor
sports divisions of OEMs, with a
goal of encouraging the OEM to
work with Sprintex to initially
develop OEM motor sport
division limited release vehicles
and to ultimately reach the main
stream power train divisions of
OEMs.

Supercharged Jeep JK Wrangler

After market sales are expected to
be the immediate revenue earner
for the Company’s products,
however, the Company continues
to pursue opportunities directly
with OEMs and in 2011 we made
a key strategic decision to appoint
Kenmar Corporation, a specialty
automotive sector business
development company based in
Detroit, as our North American
OEM sales agent.
Demand for turbo/supercharged
engines in the United States is
expected to increase rapidly in
order to meet government
demands for better fuel efficiency
and fewer carbon-dioxide
emissions without sacrificing
consumer’s desire for power.
OEMs continue to announce
increases to their line-up of
turbo/supercharged engines,
positioning us in a grow sector of
the automotive industry.

Recently, we announced a nonrenounceable entitlement issue to raise up to $2.2m.

On behalf of the Board, I
encourage you to take up your
rights in this entitlement issue.
The combination of a new 'state
of the art' manufacturing facility
in Malaysia and an anticipated
upturn in sales from our award
winning products is expected to
position your Company to grow in
the coming months and years. I
would like to thank all
shareholders for their continued
support.
Yours sincerely,
