Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S Supercharger System Order

• Supercharger system for the acclaimed Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S (System) developed

• Order for an initial 100 systems received from Performance Motorsports Inc. of Huntington Beach, Ca.

• Performance Motorsports Inc. aim to be the exclusive after-market distributor for the System in North America

• Systems to be built in Sprintex’s new Malaysian production facility

• First deliveries targeted in Q1 2013

Sprintex is pleased to announce a significant order and North American distribution agreement with Performance Motorsports Inc. (PMI) for the recently developed supercharger system for the new Toyota / Subaru joint venture sports car branded as the Scion FR-S in North America. This vehicle is a widely heralded, new, rear wheel drive, enthusiast targeted sports car and owners will now be able to incorporate the highly efficient S5-210 Sprintex[®] supercharger.

This System will be marketed by PMI under its Innovate brand and PMI has ordered an initial 100 Systems with an expected delivery date of Q1 2013.

In advance of the delivery of production systems, PMI will display a prototype system at the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (SEMA) 2012 Show in Las Vegas in November 2012 and at two further 2012 USA high performance events, the Performance and Racing Industry Show held in Florida and the International Motorsports Industry Show in Indiana. SEMA is the world's premier and largest automotive aftermarket expo and conference.

PMI (www-pmi-brands.com) is an accumulation of independent aftermarket brands, each with market leading recognition that sells primarily pistons, and other engine related components into the

Motorsports and Powersports markets (high performance racing, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, etc.). The companies are market leaders in manufacturing highly engineered engine components in their respected fields. This System will be produced at the Company's newly constructed state-of-the-art 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Shah-Alam Malaysia, in joint venture with Tier 1 automotive component manufacturer, Auto V Group Bhd.
