ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CONVERTIBLE NOTE FACILITY

Automotive Technology Group Limited ( ASX: ATJ ) has entered into a convertible note funding agreement with Almasi Superannuation Fund ( Almasi ).

ATG has issued a $150,000 convertible note to Almasi to provide working capital to the Company.

The Note is convertible at $0.20 per Share on or before 30 June 2010. The interest rate is 8.25%
