Sprintex Limited (“the Company”) announces that Mr Henry Thong has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, effective as of 5 March 2021, following the resignation of Mr Robert Molkenthin.

Mr Thong FCPA MBA GAICD joins the Company with over 20 year’s experience in financial management and governance. He has successfully run his own consulting practice, Keystone Advisors, for several years and provided his clientele with executive support in the areas of financial management, strategy and governance.

The Board welcomes the participation of Mr Thong in the affairs of the Company.
