Director Retirement

Sprintex Limited (“Sprintex” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that Mr Wayne Knight has retired as a Director and Chair of the Company.

Mr Knight guided Sprintex through its reinstatement to the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange Limited, and with this complete, Mr Knight now wishes to pursue other interests.

The Board of Sprintex would like to thank Mr Knight for his service and guidance.

With Mr Knight’s retirement, Mr Steven Apedaile has been appointed Chair.
