Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Mr. Steven Apedaile has advised Sprintex Limited ( ASX : SIX ) ( Company ) of his resignation as a nonexecutive director, effective immediately.
Mr Apedaile said, “I have appreciated the opportunity to serve this Company in various positions since 2003, and wish the company well in the future.” Mr Apedaile also stated that his decision allows him to further focus on his other corporate interests and responsibilities.
The Sprintex board thanks Steve Apedaile for his contribution over the past few years, and wishes him the best of success in his future endeavours.
