Officer Resignations
The Company would like to advise that its Managing Director, Mr. Steven Apedaile, has resigned his executive duties effective close of business 13 December 2013.
Mr. Apedaile will continue to serve the Company as a Non-executive Director and, together with other Directors, be involved in, among others, approving the strategic direction and related objectives of the Company and monitoring management performance in the achievement of those objectives.
During his tenure as Managing Director, Mr. Apedaile has overseen the establishment of a high volume production facility in Malaysia, the introduction of a new range of supercharger systems, the establishment of distribution in Japan and the US, the establishment of strategic supply side relationships and a reduction in the cost base of the Company.
A search for a Chief Executive Officer has commenced, during which time Mr. David White, Deputy Chairman, will assume the CEO responsibilities.
The Company would also like to advise that Mr. Jay Stephenson has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 31 December 2013. The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Michael van Uffelen, will serve as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 January 2014.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Stephenson for his service and contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Apedaile for his stewardship of the Company for the past 4 years as Managing Director.
