Executive Resignation

Automotive Technology Group Limited (ASX: ATJ) advises Mr Anthony Hamilton has resigned as Executive Director- Operations from 31[st] August 2009.

The Board has accepted and agreed terms with Mr Hamilton who will remain as a Non Executive Director until the 31[st] October 2009.

Mr Apedaile, Executive Director- Corporate said, Mr Hamilton was a founding Director and had made a significant contribution to the company and he was leaving to take up another position.
