Annual General Meeting Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Sprintex Limited (ASX: SIX) ( Sprintex or the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that:

• The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 9:00am Western Standard Time (WST) on Friday 14 November 2025.

• The closing date for director nominations is 3 October 2025. All nominations, including the signed consent to act of the candidates, must be received in writing by the Company at its registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on that date.

• The registered office of the Company is: 283 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, WA 6008

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting which will also be made available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform.
