Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Sprintex Limited (“Sprintex” or the “Company”) hereby advises that it is intending to hold its annual general meeting for 2022 (“Meeting”) on or after 11 November 2022.

An item of business at the Meeting will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with Sprintex’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Meeting is 6 October 2022. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at Sprintex’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (WST) on 6 October 2022.

Sprintex will announce further details regarding the Meeting, including the date and time of the Meeting, in a separate notice of meeting which will be provided to Shareholders in due course. The notices of meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Sprintex’s website at www.sprintex.com.au.
