ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
DEFERRAL OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Automotive Technology Group Limited (ASX Code ATJ) wish to advise that the Australian Securities and Investment Commission has approved the extension to hold the 2010 AGM on 18 January 2011.
As previously advised, the mail house responsible for the despatch of the Notice of Annual General Meeting, notified us on 29 November 2010 that some of Notice of Meetings had not had not been despatched to Shareholders, therefore the AGM could not be held on 30 November 2010.
An amended Notice of General Meeting has been posted to Shareholders.
