Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 23, 2025 and approval of the members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2025 and pursuant to Inprinciple approval granted by BSE Limited vide letter dated December 15, 2025 and upon receipt of an amount aggregating to ₹10,05,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Five Lakh Only) at the rate of ₹10/- per Equity share, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today ,i.e., December 27, 2025, has considered and approved the allotment of 1,00,50,000 (One Crore Fifty Thousand) Equity shares of face value of ₹10.00/- only per Equity Share of the Company, at a price of ₹10/- per equity share aggregating to ₹10,05,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Five Lakh Only) to the promoter and non-promoter category:
