Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Cavendish Capital Markets Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. The Group also gives notice that it will be announcing its final results for the year ended 31 May 2025 on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
