The name of C.A. Sperati (The Special Agency) PLC has today changed to C A Sperati plc.  Trading in the Company's shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the new name of C A Sperati plc will take effect from 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 24 December 2013.  The Company's stock exchange ticker will remain as SPR.

The Company's corporate website will remain as www.casperatiplc.com.
