Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Michelle Motion, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, yesterday sold 28,301 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share. Michelle Motion, and her PCAs, have today repurchased 28,301 Ordinary Shares at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share, in order to effect an ISA transfer.
Following these transactions, Michelle Motion continues to have an interest in 102,5261 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
