Result of AGM
Springfield Properties (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private, affordable and PRS housing, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. This includes approval of a final dividend of 4.70p per share.
