1014379 B.C. LTD. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 8, 2020. 1014379 B.C. Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 2,040,000 common shares (“Shares”) at a price of CDN$ 0.025 per Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN$51,000.00. In connection with the Private Placement, the Company paid a cash finder’s fee of $1,455.00 to PI Financial Corp.

All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities legislation. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Private Placement for general working capital purposes.
