On April 4, 2024, Spotify Technology S.A. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Christian Luiga as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company. Mr. Luiga is expected to start in the third quarter of 2024. Ben Kung, the Company’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will serve as interim CFO until Mr. Luiga’s start date.

Mr. Luiga has served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and CFO of Saab AB, a defense and security company, since 2020. Previously, he served in various roles at Telia, a telecommunications company, since 2009, including the CFO and the acting CEO and President.
