Corrigendum to Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting

SPML Infra Limited had circulated to all the Shareholders of the Company in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder, a Notice dated 25[th] February, 2021 convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, the 25[th] March, 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In the explanatory statement to Item No. 1 & 2 of the said Notice, the relevant disclosure pertaining to pre and post shareholding of the allottees was erroneously omitted to be given.

Further, in compliance of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 the Company shall allot only 19,24,901 Equity Shares to the propose allottees, in the FY 2021-22.

Accordingly, please find below herewith the Pre and post Shareholding of the allottees .
