SPML Infra – Q3 Financial Results Declares 30% Increase in PAT YoY

Kolkata, February 8, 2019

India’s leading infrastructure development Company, SPML Infra Limited (SPML Infra; NSE: SPMLINFRA; BSE: 500402), declared the financial results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018. The Company’s Board in their meeting held on 8[th] February, 2019 has approved the Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and declared that the Company has recorded Standalone Gross Revenue of INR 3,519.59 million. The Net Profit for the quarter rises to INR 109.10 million as against INR 83.96 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

Financial Highlights of the Q3 Results:

• Standalone Income for Q3 FY19 at INR 3,519.59 million against INR 3,494.97 million in Q3 FY18

• Standalone PBT for Q3 FY19 up by 56.69% at INR 136.84 million against INR 87.33 million in Q3 FY18

• Standalone PAT for Q3 FY19 up by 29.94% at INR 109.10 million against INR 83.96 million in Q3 FY18
