SPML Infra – Q2 Financial Results Declares 102% Revenue Growth YoY

Kolkata, November 15, 2018

India’s leading infrastructure development Company, SPML Infra Limited (SPML Infra; NSE: SPMLINFRA; BSE: 500402), declared the financial results for quarter ended September 30, 2018. The Company’s Board in their meeting held on 14[th] November, 2018 has approved the Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and declared that the Company has recorded gross revenue of INR 4,144.67 million. The Net Profit for the quarter rises to INR 138.99 million as against INR 81.53 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

Financial Highlights of the Q2 Results:

• Standalone Income for Q2 FY19 up by 102% at INR 4,144.67 million against INR 2,051.93 million in Q2 FY18

• Standalone PAT for Q2 FY19 up by 70.48% at INR 138.99 million against INR 81.53 million in Q2 FY18

• EBITDA for Q2 FY19 up by 19.74% at INR 574.34 million against INR 479.68 million in Q2 FY18
