• 1. Vacation of Office by Mr. Deepak Sethi, as Non- Executive Director of the Company under Section ¹⁶⁷ of the Companies Act, ²⁰¹³ with effect from 12th November, 2019.
• 1. Appointment of Mr. Abhinandan Sethi as an Additional Director designated as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 12th November, 2019.

BRIEF PROFILE OF MR. ABHINANDAN SETHI

Mr. Abhinandan Sethi son of Mr. Subhash Chand Sethi, Chairman & Whole Time Director of the Company aged about ³¹ years is holding the degree of Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Boston University School of Management at Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Mr. Abhinandan Sethi, was appointed to office or place of profit in terms of the provisions of Companies Act, ¹⁹⁵⁶ read with rules framed thereunder wef 1st December 2011. Later on he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Company in the year 2017.

Presently, Mr Abhinandan Sethi, is looking after the substantially the whole of the affairs of all the business vertical of the Company and is actively involved in the daily activities of the Company. He is having ^a well diverse knowledge in the Infrastructural Sector in both power and water.
