Appointment of new Company Secretary and change of Registered Office

Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), advises that it has engaged London based firm, Westend Corporate LLP, to act as the Company's new Company Secretary. The Company's registered office has also been changed to Westend's offices at 6 Heddon Street, London, W1B 4BT, with immediate effect.
