(c) The Board of Directors of The Laclede Group, Inc., announced the election of Mr. Mark A. Borer to the Board of Directors effective February 21, 2014. Mr. Borer fills the vacancy created by Mr. Arnold Donald’s resignation earlier this year. Mr. Borer served as CEO as well as a member of the Board of Directors of DCP Midstream Partners LP from November 2006 through December 2012. DCP Midstream Partners LP is a public midstream master limited partnership that is engaged in all stages of the midstream business for both natural gas and natural gas liquids.
