TRADING UPDATE

Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), the major UK independent hospital group, provides the following update for the period 1 January 2016 to 18 May 2016, ahead of its AGM later today.

Guidance for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 remains in line with management expectations as stated at the Full Year 2015 results on 17 March 2016.

All construction projects remain on-time and on-budget, including our new hospitals in Nottingham and Manchester, both of which are due to open in Q1 2017.
