Spire Healthcare Group plc announces that Sir Ian Cheshire, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of Land Securities Group plc from 23 March 2023.

In addition; Sir Ian will

·      step aside from the chairmanship of Menhaden Resource Efficiency PLC on 16 May 2023 (remaining as a Non-Executive Director); and

·      step down as a Non-Executive Director of BT Group plc from the conclusion of their annual general meeting in July 2023.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
