CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Mr Jamie Pike, Non-Executive Director, is the Chairman of Ibstock plc, a leading manufacturer of clay and concrete building products.  Ibstock plc was formally traded on the London Stock Exchange with effect from Tuesday, 27th October 2015.

The Board is satisfied that Mr Pike's appointment with Ibstock plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2014.
