CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Dr Krishnamurthy Rajagopal, Non-Executive Director, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Porvair plc,  the specialist filtration and environmental technology group. Dr Rajagopal's appointment is with effect from 1st April 2014. 

The Board is satisfied that Dr Rajagopal's appointment with Porvair plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012.
