SPIE signs an agreement for the acquisition of Enterprise Communications & Services
Strengthening the positioning of SPIE in Information & Communication Services in Germany
Cergy, 19 June 2023 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has announced the acquisition of 100% of Enterprise Communications & Services GmbH.
Enterprise Communications & Services GmbH (ECS), headquartered in Leipzig, provides technical services in information and communication technology for a well-diversified customer base. With around 130 experienced and highly qualified employees, ECS generated total revenues of around €22 million in 2022.

The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in August 2023 and is subject only to approval by the antitrust authorities.
