Results of the Shareholders' General Meeting of May 3, 2024
Cergy, May 3, 2024
- Approval of the 2023 financial statements and a €0.83 dividend per share;
- Appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit as auditor of sustainability information;
- Approval of all resolutions.
The quorum was established at 80.23%.
Approval of 2023 Financial Statements
At the Shareholders' General Meeting held on May 3, 2024, the shareholders approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2023.
Dividend
The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2023 earnings and the distribution of a €0.61 dividend per share to be paid on May 16, 2024 (Ex-Date May 14, 2024), an interim dividend of €0.22 per share having been paid in September 2023.
Appointment
The General Meeting approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit as auditors of sustainability information.
All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the shareholders.
