Convening of the mixed annual shareholders' general meeting of SPIE SA of May 25, 2018

Cergy, May 4, 2018 – SPIE SA informs its shareholders that its mixed annual shareholders' general meeting will be held on Friday May 25, 2018, at 10:00, at Centre Etoile Saint-Honoré, 21-25 rue Balzac, 75008 Paris (Room Orion).
The preliminary notice (avis de réunion) was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 13, 2018 and the convening notice (avis de convocation) including the final agenda and text of the draft resolutions which will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders was published in the BALO on May 4, 2018. The practical procedures for attending and voting at this meeting are included in these two notices.
