Princess Private Equity Holding Limited: Disclosure according to article 26, section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)
Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd. received the following Voting Rights notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on November 20, 2014.
On November 20, 2014, Brewin Dolphin Limited has informed us according to Section 21 para.1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Great Britain, have risen above the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.0279% (this corresponds to 3,476,900 Voting Rights). According to Section 22 para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.0279% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,476,900 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to:
