Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that pursuant to approval of Shareholders of the Company by way of ordinary resolution passed in the 38[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 21, 2023, the Company has appointed Mr. Nakkeeran Ekambaram (DIN: 08638679), who was appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive), as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director liable to retire by rotation, with effect from 28[th] July, 2023 on the Board of the Company.

In compliance with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Mr. Nakkeeran Ekambaram (DIN: 08638679) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.

The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09/09/2015 are given in Annexure-A.
