Confirmation of Capital Reduction

Speedy, the UK's leading tools, equipment and plant hire services company, operating across the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets, is pleased to announce that, on 23 August 2017, the High Court of Justice confirmed the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company. The court order approving the cancellation was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 30 August 2017 and the cancellation became effective on that date. This follows the approval of the cancellation by the Company's shareholders at its annual general meeting held on 12 July 2017.
