Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 142,586 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and are in respect of options exercised under the Speedy Hire Sharesave Scheme and the Speedy Hire 2007 Irish Sharesave Scheme.

Admission is expected to become effective on 7 March 2013.
