Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

("PDMRs")

The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares"):

Pursuant to invitations issued on 24 November 2017 to all eligible UK employees of the Company, options over an aggregate of 2,577,984 Shares were granted on 20 December 2017 under the Company's UK SAYE Scheme (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation is issued.

Of the total number, options were granted to PDMRs, as follows:

In consideration of these options, the grantees will make monthly savings during the associated three year savings contract. The exercise price is 44.28 pence per Share.

These options will normally be exercisable during a 6 month period commencing 1 February 2021.
