Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

("PDMR")

The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares"):

Pursuant to invitations issued on 24 November 2021 to all eligible UK employees, options over an aggregate of 2,636,083 Shares were granted on 16 December 2021 under the Company's UK SAYE Scheme (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation was issued.

Options were granted to a PDMR, as follows:

In consideration of these options, the grantee will make monthly savings during the associated three year savings contract. The exercise price is 55.52 pence per Share.
